Man Up Teacher Fellows will have an opportunity to earn a Master’s of Education degree at Blue Mountain College and RELAY Graduate School Of Education at no cost and earn an additional $5,000 per year in addition to their salary for up to three years!

For graduate students who are aspiring teachers.
A graduate candidate is one who has an undergraduate degree and meets admissions requirements to Relay Graduate School or Blue Mountain College. The fellow will earn a Master's degree at no cost. Man Up Teacher Fellows will complete coursework through one of these institutions while also participating in practice and application sessions through the Man Up Teacher Residency Program.
Once program requirements are complete and state licensure requirements are met, Man Up Teacher Fellowship will assist graduates with job placement and provide ongoing coaching and support for up to three years.
Has an undergraduate degree from an accredited institution
A minimum 2.75 GPA
Meet eligibility requirements for Relay or Blue Mountain College
Complete a one year residency in a school setting
Pass required Praxis exams
Sign a three year commitment to teach
Man Up Teacher Residents who in the Graduate Lane will complete coursework through Blue Mountain College. BMC was ranked 7th by the U.S. News and World Report in 2016-2017 as one of the Best Regional Colleges in the South. The student-faculty ratio at Blue Mountain College is 11:1, and the school has 69.9 percent of its classes with fewer than 20 students.
Blue Mountain College is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges to award baccalaureate and master’s degrees.
