High school juniors and seniors who are Aspiring Teachers
Man Up Teacher Fellowship seeks to recruit, train, and support high school students are within two years of graduation. These candidates will participate in summer learning projects and monthly learning and application sessions.
Man Up Teacher Fellows will enroll in a partner college or university after graduating from high school. Man Up will provide coaching support and mentoring throughout college. Once program requirements are complete and state licensure requirements are met, Man Up Teacher Fellowship will assist graduates with job placement and provide ongoing coaching and support for up to three years.

Maintain a minimum 2.75 GPA
Complete a one year residency in a school setting
Pass required Praxis exams
Sign a five year commitment to teach
