The enormous amount of data that suggests a need for more effective male teachers of color in our schools is the propeller behind this movement.
Man Up Teacher Fellowship’s purpose is to provide a talent pipeline of men of color who can be impactful in any school setting and will work relentlessly to ensure the success of all students. Man Up Teacher Fellows will have an opportunity to earn a Master’s of Education degree from one of our partner institutions of higher education at no cost.
