Aspiring Principals Program
Man Up is partnering with New Leaders and Morehouse College in an exciting new Aspiring Principals program. Once completing certification and successfully teaching in a classroom for 3+ years, our fellows have the opportunity to apply for the Aspiring Principals Program. In this program, they will become exceptionally skilled new principals through intensive study, a mentored residency, and a network of supports once on the job in the principalship. Years 1–2 certification or master’s pathway, school placement, and Praxis; Years 3–5 continued coaching, professional learning, career planning, and eligibility for leadership development after three successful years.
