For undergraduate students aspiring to be teachers
An undergraduate candidate is one who is within one year of graduating high school. They are also college students who are looking to major in education.
We currently partner with Reach University to recruit male teachers of color for their undergraduate program.
Once program requirements are complete and state licensure requirements are met, Man Up Teacher Fellowship will assist graduates with job placement and provide ongoing coaching and support for up to five years.
Man Up Teacher Fellowship will support and mentor these men through college into their professional life.
